In the cool weather, the gentle spiciness of pepper blends beautifully with the chewy texture of pork tripe and the delicate smoothness of bamboo fungus. The rich yet refreshing soup warms both the stomach and the heart.

Noodle Kit includes:
White Pepper Pig Stomach Bamboo Fungus Soup (400g) x1
(Soup includes Pig stomach, Dried bamboo fungus, Bean curd sheet, Red dates, Goji berries, Dried polygonatum)
Frozen rice noodle (200g) x1

Noodle Kit Cooking Guide:
1. Defrost the soup pack. Pour the soup base pack into a pot and bring to a boil until hot.
2. Add 40-60 ml of evaporated milk, stirring well. Adjust for taste.
3. While the soup is heating up, remove the rice noodles from packaging and place them in another pot with 800ml boiling water. Let them cook the rice noodles for 5 minutes until they become tender. Stir occasionally. Then, cover the pot and let the noodles sit for an additional 5 minutes. Rinse the cooked rice noodles in cold water afterwards.
4. Carefully pour the soup into your serving bowl and stir. Then, add the cooked rice noodles to the bowl and mix well.
Tips: You can also add ingredients such as Chinese chives, bean sprouts, green onion, or coriander according to personal preference to enhance the flavour.
