Hot Pot Rice Noodle Frozen Kit includes:
White pepper pig bamboo fungus stomach soup (800g) x 1
(Soup includes Pig stomach, Dried bamboo fungus, Bean curd sheet, Red dates, Goji berries, Dried polygonatum)
White pepper pig stomach soup broth refill pack (400g) x 1
(Soup includes Bean curd sheet, Red dates, Goji berries, Dried polygonatum)
Frozen rice noodle (200g) x 2
Hot Pot Rice Noodle Frozen Kit Cooking Guide:
1. Defrost the soup pack. Pour big pack soup base into a pot and bring to a boil until hot.
2. Add 150-200 ml of evaporated milk, stirring well. Adjust for taste.
3. Taste the soup to enjoy its warmth and the texture of pig stomach, bamboo fungus, and beancurd sheet.
4. Add hotpot toppings. Add the broth refill pack or extra stock as needed to keep the soup level.
5. At the end, cook rice noodles in a separate pot for 5 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, and add to the hotpot. Let them absorb the soup flavour before serving.
Quick Tip: Add chives, green onions, or coriander for extra flavour
