Made with a blend of Angelica, Codonopsis, Cinnamon, Liquorice, Ginseng, Fennel and Star Anise, it contains no MSG or preservatives. Simply boil two sachets in 2000ml of water, add 1kg of pork ribs, garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce, and simmer for one hour. The result is a fragrant, nourishing broth that pairs perfectly with steamed rice.
