Honor Pork Dumplings with Sichuan Chilli Oil 140g
This is Sichuan hong you chao shou at its comforting best. Tender pork wontons are boiled and then tossed in a fragrant chilli oil lifted with Sichuan pepper. The wrappers are silky, the filling savoury, and the heat builds gently with each bite. Serve as a small plate or late-night treat, and finish with a splash of black vinegar, a handful of spring onion and a pinch of toasted sesame. It is lovely spooned over plain noodles or rice.
