Amoy Fish Shaomai Dumplings 120g (10 Pieces)
From Hong Kong’s iconic brand Amoy, these Fish Shaomai Dumplings are made with 11.6% white-fish surimi wrapped in a smooth pastry. Steam to a bouncy softness, or heat from frozen in about 2 minutes in the microwave. Each bite is light yet juicy, with clean seafood sweetness and a gentle hint of sesame. Finish with the included sweet soy for a rounded savoury-sweet flavour. Perfect for breakfast, a quick snack or a dim sum platter, and lovely with beer. Also excellent as a topping for noodles or fried rice. Ten pieces for easy sharing.
