Kappou Gaeshi is a gently sweet, rich sauce infused with bonito dashi.
Inspired by traditional Japanese kappou cooking, it is suitable for both authentic Japanese dishes and everyday home meals.
How to Use
Use as is:
Add directly to stir-fried meat or vegetables and coat evenly.
For meat or fish:
Dilute with 3–4 parts water and simmer to glaze.
For simmered dishes:
Dilute with 4–5 parts water for vegetables or lightly simmered dishes.
