Ajino Hyoshiro TORIKAREBUSHI DASHI(Chicken soup stock) 108g
This Chinese-style dashi is made using thick-cut, umami-rich dried and smoked flakes from premium Japanese chicken breast.
Roasted onion and aromatic vegetables are added, then seasoned with salt, pepper and sesame oil for a rounded, savoury flavour.
No chicken extracts or fats are used, resulting in a clean taste that highlights the natural umami and gentle smokiness of the chicken.
Preparation
To prepare stock:
Place one dashi sachet in a pot of water.
Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Suitable for:
Chinese-style soups, ramen, rice porridge, simmered dishes.
As a seasoning:
Use directly in stir-fries, gyoza fillings, or shumai.
Ingredients
Chicken flakes (produced in Japan), salt, glucose, roasted onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, pepper / seasoning (amino acids, etc.).
