Ajino Hyoshiro YASAI NO UMAMI DASHI (Vegetable soup stock) 36g
A Western-style dashi made from four types of Japanese-grown vegetables, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
When simmered, it creates a well-balanced base for soups and stews.
The sachet can also be opened and used directly, allowing the vegetable ingredients themselves to become part of the dish.
Ideal for quick, flavourful home cooking.
Preparation
To prepare stock:
Place one dashi sachet in a pot of water.
Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Suitable for:
Vegetable soup, minestrone, stuffed cabbage rolls.
As a seasoning:
Use directly in pasta, pilaf, stir-fries, or hamburger steaks.

Salt (produced in Japan), vegetables (roasted onion, roasted carrot, garlic, celery), sugars (sugar, glucose), yeast extract, black pepper.
