Made with the same six Japanese dashi ingredients as Hyoshiro Dashi, including grilled flying fish from Nagasaki Prefecture, this version is seasoned with reduced salt while maintaining a rich umami profile.

Compared to the standard Hyoshiro Dashi, it contains 41% less salt and twice the amount of dashi ingredients, offering a lighter yet deeply satisfying flavour.

Preparation
To prepare dashi:
Place one dashi sachet in a pot of water.
Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.

Suitable for:
Miso soup, clear broth soups, udon or soba noodles, simmered dishes.

As a seasoning:
Open the sachet and use the contents directly in fried rice, dressed vegetables, or stir-fries.
