How to cook

  • Transfer the unagi to an oven-friendly plate, taking care to remove any packaging.
  • Cook in an oven for 4 mins at 180°C, or microwave for 2 mins (800W).
  • Alternatively, bring a pot of water to the boil, then add the unagi inside its packaging. Cook for 5 minutes.
