A comforting soup base from Han Dian Tangy pickled Chinese cabbage is layered with pork and rich chicken stock for depth of flavour. Contains pork and pickled cabbage. Simply heat in a pot to recreate classic Taiwanese suan cai bai rou at home; great with mushrooms, tofu, glass noodles, seafood or thinly sliced meats.
