Kayanoya
Our business began as a modest soy sauce brewery established in 1893. We are based in Fukuoka, Japan, an area blessed with a rich environment and natural ingredients.
For over 130 years, we have been manufacturing seasonings and other food ingredients essential for the Japanese cuisine, from sauce, miso, dashi, and hot pots to salad dressings.
Additionally, we also operate a restaurant named “Oryori Kayanoya.” We aim to carry on the spirit of “omotenashi” (hospitality) and food culture rooted in Japanese history and climate, hoping to pass them on to the future. With this goal in mind, we persist in providing authentic Japanese food and products to the global community.
