Stir-fry style Shin Ramen in the “Toomba” flavour that balances spicy heat and creamy richness. Aromas of garlic and onion meet chilli warmth, rounded by smooth coconut. A two-stage seasoning (powder and paste) creates a rich sauce with a light, clean finish. Boil the noodles in 500ml of water for about 3 minutes, drain, then toss with the powder and paste. Heat perception varies, but the milky depth makes it easy to enjoy.
