Nong Shim Shin Ramen Black 130g
The premium take on Shin Ramen with a rich, umami-forward broth. The chilli heat is mild to medium for many. Notes of garlic, onion and shiitake with a clean peppery finish. Springy noodles hold the broth well. Cook in 500ml boiling water for about 4–5 minutes.
To adjust heat: use a little less water or more seasoning for hotter; add chilli oil/flakes. To mellow, stir in an egg, a slice of cheese or a splash of milk.
