Tung Chun Chinese Red Vinegar 500ml

Produced in Hong Kong by heritage brand Tung Chun. This glossy, reddish-brown rice-based vinegar has a gentle sweetness and caramel depth, perfect for red-braised pork, sweet-and-sour dishes, wonton dipping sauces or pickled ginger. It adds both sheen and layered flavour to Chinese cooking.
