After harvest, the rice is stored year-round at below 5°C in a snow cellar warehouse holding over 700 tons of natural snow, preserving freshness at the grain level, and gently milled under low temperatures using the Snow-Temperature Process. This careful low-temperature milling brings out the rice’s natural aroma, luster, and clean, refreshing sweetness without compromising its original character. After milling, the rice is sealed in freshness-preserving nitrogen-filled packaging to retain the flavor of freshly milled rice.
