The Okuizome ceremony, performed with the wish that one will never have trouble finding food throughout life, is a special celebration held when a baby turns 100 days old. Gathering the ingredients for this ceremony in the UK can be quite challenging, right? As this is a once-in-a-lifetime event, leave it to WASO to make it memorable.

How to cook

Defrost all of the meals in a fridge on the previous day of the celebration.
All meals can be eaten cold, but if you wish to heat them up, heat the sea bream in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ℃.
Apart from Vinegared Octopus with Red & White Seaweed and Umeboshi (Pickled Plums), heat up in a pot with boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Once defrosted, they should be consumed within 2 days.
