Nadaman Sea Bream Takikomi Rice Seasoning Mix 135g
Made with wild sea bream from the Seto Inland Sea, selected for its delicate flavour.
The fish is lightly grilled to enhance its aroma, then cooked together with kelp and fried tofu, allowing the umami to gently infuse every grain of rice.
Simply combine with two cups of uncooked rice and cook in a rice cooker to recreate a refined takikomi rice inspired by traditional Japanese dining.
