This is a genuine tasting oden soup base made with bonito-flavoured dashi and soy sauce. It can be easily combined with ingredients like daikon, konnyaku, eggs, and thick fried tofu to enjoy authentic oden. One packet makes approximately 4-5 servings of oden.
