Poon Choi is an indispensable delicacy for the Lunar New Year celebrations. This traditional dish originates from the walled villages of the New Territories in Hong Kong and the Guangdong region of China. Poon Choi is crafted by layering and slow-cooking dozens of carefully selected ingredients, with each layer thoughtfully chosen and arranged. These ingredients symbolise prosperity, good fortune, and noble auspiciousness.


This year, WASO’s Hong Kong Chef has meticulously created two exquisite, traditionally authentic Hong Kong–style Poon Choi options, elevating your Lunar New Year family celebrations with warmth, harmony, and complete festive joy.
