Brew Hong Kong café culture at home. This HK-style blend uses 100% Sri Lankan Ceylon black tea for a bold aroma, clean tannins and a full body that stands up beautifully to milk and sugar. Packed in the UK and convenient at 100g. For milk tea, simmer 10g leaves in 400ml hot water on medium-high for 10–15 minutes, strain, then add sugar and 50ml evaporated milk. For lemon tea, simmer 4g leaves in 350ml water for about 10 minutes, strain, top up with hot water, then add lemon and sugar. Adjust strength to taste for an authentic cha chaan teng experience.
