Smooth koshi-an (sweet red bean paste) made with Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans is wrapped in a warabi mochi dough made from domestic bracken starch and Okinawan brown sugar. The mochi is then coated with fragrant Kyoto kinako (roasted soybean flour). It can be enjoyed not only by natural thawing but also by quick thawing in a microwave, allowing for a delicious treat anytime.
