Brewed with Fukui yeast (FK801-C) developed by a research institute in Fukui Prefecture, and using Obama City's "Gohyakumangoku" rice suitable for sake brewing and subsoil water from the Minami River flowing through Obama, this is truly a "local sake" made entirely in Fukui Prefecture. It has a slightly fruity aroma and a slightly sweet, soft and smooth taste.
