Having a subtle avour of pineapple with atouch of white pepper, bay leaves and sweet cotton candy aromas, this sake has a beautiful light-yellow colour. Light bodied, yet having a fresh acidity reminiscent of red apple. The smooth but dry nish style complements many dishes.
