This Homemade Sea Bream Nanbanzuke is made by marinating fresh Sea Bream in a sauce specially crafted by Nobu Sakaguchi. The Sea Bream is carefully selected for freshness, filleted, and then soaked in a marinade made with vinegar, sugar, chili peppers, and other ingredients. 新鮮な鯛を選び、丁寧に捌き、酢と砂糖、唐辛子などを加えたタレに漬け込んで仕上げました。酸味と甘み、そして唐辛子の辛味がバランスよく調和した味わいをお楽しみいただけます。
