Poon Choi is an indispensable delicacy for the Lunar New Year celebration. This traditional dish originates from the walled villages of the New Territories in Hong Kong and the Guangdong region of China. Poon Choi is crafted by layering and cooking dozens or more ingredients, with each layer thoughtfully selected and arranged. These ingredients symbolize prosperity and good fortune and noble auspiciousness.

This year, WASO’s Hong Kong Head Chef has meticulously created two exquisite, traditionally authentic Hong Kong-style Poon Choi options, designed to bring warmth, harmony, and complete festive joy to your holiday dining table.
