We use this free range corn fed Chicken from France to cooked this Hainanese Chicken rice. The Hainanese chicken rice is a dish that consists of succulent chicken served on fragrant rice with ginger sauce, garlic chilli sauce and aroma soya sauce.The rice are cooked with the oil from chicken fat, mince garlic, mince shallots and mince ginger.It is then boiled in chicken stock.
