The salmon is carefully selected for freshness, filleted, and then soaked in a marinade made with vinegar, sugar, chili peppers, and other ingredients. The tartness and sweetness of the marinade, combined with the spiciness of the chili peppers, create a harmonious flavor that is unique to the chef. It is a perfect accompaniment to rice and a great appetizer to enjoy with beer or sake. 新鮮なサーモンを選び、丁寧に捌き、酢と砂糖、唐辛子などを加えたタレに漬け込んで仕上げました。酸味と甘み、そして唐辛子の辛味がバランスよく調和した味わいをお楽しみいただけます。ご飯のお供やお酒のおつまみにおすすめです。
