Soup curry with chunky chicken, pumpkin, potato, red pepper, carrot and eringi mushroom (or shimeji mushroom & lotus root). Hideki Hiwatashi from Hokkaido made it nice and mild with a hint of miso. 鶏肉、かぼちゃ、じゃがいも、赤パプリカ、人参、えりんぎ(またはしめじと蓮根)がごろっと入ったスープカレーです。北海道出身の樋渡が味噌を隠し味にまろやかに仕上げました。
